Let it Snow!

The weather man finally nailed a forcast. It snowed a bit last night and then all day long today. There’s about 8.5 - 9″ of snow in my yard now. Soft, white and fluffy. I ventured out to the garage and took this picture of the house across the street (click for bigger view).
It was the perfect day to stay inside and knit and spin. DH requested a warm black woolen hat so I whipped one up - double strands of KnitPicks Wool of the Andes. Nice and thick and warm!
I’ve started plying my Tourmaline pencil roving and it’s looking great. I’ll take some pictures when I’m finished and have it in a skein.
Stay warm!

Wow! I never think of snow like that in Texas. It looks more like home to me. Good thing you have a nice warm hat and indoor hobbies. I see you got a video with your Sonata. I will have to call and hassle Bob, no video with mine : ). Your Spinning looks grand. Amazing how soothing it can be.
