I started spinning my Forecast fiber from the Spunky Eclectic fiber club. It’s so great. 4oz of Merino. This is my first time spinning merino and I’m loving it. Feels like butter sliding through my fingers. Here’s the first bobbin. The singles are 28WPI and I’m planning on doing 2 ply for the finished yarn.

This is the fiber I got today for the Spunky Eclectic March club fiber. It’s also Merino, and it’s superwash. This will be another first for me as I haven’t spun superwash before. The colors are so bright and happy.
Dandy Lion is going to be a hoot to spin!!
oooh those colors are very bright and springy. Don’t forget that unless you navajo ply this, you are likely to come up with a green combo because yellow and blue make green.
