Fibers

This is a picture of the roving I made with my DIY hackle set up. This was 4 different sample rovings I received with an order. The rovings were so compacted that I could not spin them. I think they came out really nicely after being combed and pulled through my stitch marker diz.

This is my first fiber from the Funky Carolina Fiber Club. It’s 2oz of soysilk, handpainted. The colorway is called Colette. Gorgeous!

Prairie Creek, 2.6 oz Finn roving from eBay seller doberrymoore. I haven’t tried this wool before so it’ll be fun to spin up.

Wow - the fiber you combed is beautiful! I’ve received stuff that I was disappointed in for that same reason. Maybe I need to try that!
