Completed, blocked and gifted!

The Bird in Hand mittens are finished and have been gifted. AND they fit! Yahoo! This was a fun pattern and I enjoyed knitting them. For my first stranded project it was kinda hard, but I loved the challenge.

    Those are absolutely gorgeous! I particularly like the way the “extra” is on the palm. Duh! I suppose that’s where the name comes from, right? You did a great job. I’ve queued this design for when I get brave enough.

    Was it hard to knit patons on size 2’s? I’m working on some mittens and I started with size 6 which is way too big… i was going to go down to 4 but was concerned about it being difficult to work…
