Estes Park, CO

DH and I are off to Estes Park tomorrow after work. We’ll actually drive up to Colorado Springs and spend the night. Then a nice drive up to Estes Park on Wednesday. I think we’ll hit the outlet mall in Castle Rock on the way too. And maybe a few shops in Boulder also. Estes Park is such a quaint town nestled in the mountains. We love it there.

The Wool Market is Saturday and I’m really looking forward to it! Hopefully I’ll be able to meet a few fellow bloggers and Ravelry folks there. No internet access while I’m gone, so I’ll have a report Sunday night or Monday when we get back. Have a great week!

  1. Have a wonderful trip and a beautiful drive. Are yhou going the rest of the way up into Rocky Mt. National Park as well? I haven’t been there in years, and I would love to go back someday.

  2. Have a marvelous time! I’m so sorry I won’t meet you this year.

  3. Lucky you I was looking forward to going but we had things come up. Have fun for all of us that can’t go!

  4. If any of you have any great tips on Estes Park, please shoot them my way. We are a group of 4 coming to Estes Park next month. It will be all of our first time to the Rockies and we’re extremely excited.

We’re staying in a house on Devil’s Gulch road, around 30 years old and looking for everything from local dive bars to the best hiking and scenic spots.

In turn we’ll let you know everything about Disney you want to know lol (we’re from Orlando).

    Thanks in advance =)
