Squishy Scarf

Here’s a nice, warm, and very squishy scarf I just finished. It’s just a simple pattern, the One Row Handspun Scarf pattern by the Yarn Harlot. I used some of my handspun, Mud Season II which was spun as a low twist single, a la Malabrigo. The finished scarf is just right! I was given the ultimate compliment and a friend from Ravelry liked it and we’ll be having a swap! Cool beans! It’s always so nice when someone likes something you created.

  1. That is really lovely! I’ve been eyeing that pattern for awhile, but I had been wondering how it would look in a yarn with more color variations than the ones YH used. Obviously, the answer is great!

  2. Thanks again! I’m sooooo excited about our swap, Sherie! Can’t wait to see the scarf in person. I finished dyeing some New Zealand fibre for you and will send it on its way as soon as it is dry.

  3. Your handspun is wonderful! Did you cast on the 26 stiches?

  4. Beautiful scarf! I love that pattern.
