BYOB

Wow a finished knitting project from yours truly! I had some Lion Brand Cotton-Ease laying around and decided it needed to be a new bag for my upcoming trip to Rhinebeck. I used the BYOB (bring your own bag) pattern from Knitty.com. Easy pattern and all that seed stitch went pretty fast. I used twill tape for the handles as knitted handles just stretch too much for my taste. I’ve been saving up for this trip and plan on lots of retail therapy, so I need sturdy handles. Oh, and of course Zeke, the camera hog, had to sneak into the photo.

It looks great. And the puppy is so adorable. Scritches behind the ears

You lucky “dog”. Enjoy Rhinebeck. I never get to go to anything like that. So, be sure to share the booty with lots of pictures when you get back so I can live through you, ok?

What a cutie! And I like the bag, too.
Twill tape is a great idea - did you weave it yourself? I’ve bought several books on inkle weaving but haven’t yet bit the bullet and bought a tape loom.
