I was gifted with some totally gorgeous merino/silk hanspun yarn by my friend DebbieB for the Spunky Swap over at Ravelry. I have used this skein to make a Crest of the Wave Scarf. The yarn was lovely to work with and the scarf is soft and has a lovely drape.

That is so lovely! A great collaborative effort.
Ooooh… lovely scarf! I’ve been looking at this pattern for a while now and think I have chosen the wrong yarn. You can SEE the drape in the pictures!
Love the color! Knitting with someone else’s lovely handspun is pure joy!
What a perfect combination of stitch and yarn!
Gorgeous! Love the color.
That is absolutely beautiful! I still need to try that pattern. I have one bobbin of singles spun for it, but I’m having to work on other things right now. I really must get back to “Mondays are for spinning.”
Beautiful scarf!
Beautiful scarf! Perfect use of that unique yarn.
