TdF Day 2
Posted on | July 5, 2009 |
Lots of spinning today also. Too bad I’m back to work tomorrow, it will certainly cut into my TdF spinning time. The spinning for today was 3 out of 4 oz of some divine shetland top handpainted by David of Southern Cross Fibre. This colorway is named Sunrise and was part of David’s fibre club for June 2009. It’s a dream to spin. I’m going for laceweight singles and I plan to use this yarn for Susan Lawrence’s wonderful Beach Glass Shawl (Ravelry link). I should be able to complete this tomorrow, unless I get home early from the grandson’s birthday party and decide to finish it off!

Looks lovely, I am working with a similar color-isn’t it fun to have the push to reach a goal?! Sorry about having to work-but today is an off day anyway!
