New Pattern for CIC!

I’ve just finished writing my very first sock pattern! I’m really excited about accomplishing this. I actually am planning on this being an adult sized sock which I will enter in a sock designing contest. This toddler version was done first to help me work out the planning and writing of the pattern. I love knitting for Children in Common so this pattern is for charity. It came out just a tad too big with the foot measuring 6 1/2″ inches. So I’m going to do a smaller version next. If anyone knits up the pattern I would love to have some feedback on whether the pattern is easy to read or any other suggestions you might have. You can download the PDF pattern file from the free pattern link on the left sidebar.

CIC socks get so boring if I don’t try different patterns all the time, so I’ll be sure to try this one. Probably next up.
