Wildflowers

Yes! I do still spin! I’ve been showing a lot of handwoven items on the blog recently, but I am still spinning. Here’s the newest skein - spun with a new-to-me techinque. I was recently taught how to do a supported long-draw (thanks Debbie!). I really enjoy this technique and it is making my handspun yarn softer and bouncier.
 
This is BFL handpainted by Hello Yarn. The colorway is ‘Wildflowers.” A lovely, soft, squooshy yarn. 290 yards, 2 ply, 13 WPI. It’s up for sale in my ETSY Shop.
