Solace and Kimono update

Posted on | November 24, 2006 |

Here’s a couple of updated pictures of my lace projects. I’m going to be concentrating on the Kimono shawl. Our church is opening a new building in 2 weeks. I sing in the choir and I’d really like to wear the Kimono shawl for our first service! Not too much knitting will be happening today and tomorrow though, I’m keeping my 4 month old grandson, so there will be baby playing instead!

First my sweet grandson - Conner!

Conner is adorable! Its so great that your dog will help you hold Solace down - don’t want it getting away. I love the color of the Kimono Shawl.

Hey, 4 month old babies do nap once in a while, so get out your needles. Your kimono looks great. I only have 9 repeats so far. No chance on getting it done for Lacevember either, right? Sigh.

Hello, I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed your blog! I love what you have on your ipod now and will pick those two for my next downloads with audible. So happy to see another audible listener. I listen while I knit.
Thank you again for such a lovely blog.
