March Charity Projects

Ashland Bay Colonial top

Here’s a pic of what I’m spinning now - Ashland Bay Colonial top, 4oz. I’m spinning the singles at 32WPI and I’m hoping to get 500 yards of a 16WPI fingering weight yarn. If I make the yardage I want to knit the Scotch Thistle Lace stole.

Forecast Complete

OK, I’ve finished spinning the Forecast fiber from Spunky Eclectic fiber club. I’m really pleased with the results. My first time to spin Merino, it wasn’t too hard but definitely different from the Corriedale I’ve used before.
